DESIGN MANAGEMENT/PROCUREMENT - COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT

My role with the developer initially involved liaising between the designers Hassell Studio, and the Marriott design director, to satisfy both their brand standards and Hesperia's budget. 

This evolved into selecting and procuring all FF&E for the hotel, organising delivery and supervising installation.

The hotel lobby has locally made custom furniture, timber shutters and led feature light.

Pre-function/Library lounge with custom furniture. 

Substance restaurant and bar, with banquette seating and waiter station integrated into planter joinery.

Semi-private dining area enclosed by suspended sheer curtain. 

Fully equipped hotel gym, with custom art wallpaper.

150 guestrooms comprising Kings, Double-doubles, Accessible rooms and suites, with custom joinery, furniture, light fixtures and carpet.

Artwork commissioned from Perth photographer Simon Cowling to enhance the nature concept with local flora.
